Full-colour direct-to-garment print suits photographic designs and small runs: no set-up, every colour, best on cotton. Screen print suits one- to three-colour designs in volume. Transfer print covers performance fabrics and awkward placements. Embroidery is available for a stitched chest logo on heavier tees. We choose the method from your artwork and quantity; if you need a specific method, say so and we quote for it. The mock-up you build in the design tool shows the design, and we check the file before we print.

A classic 140–165 gsm tee (Gildan SoftStyle, Fruit of the Loom Original, SOL'S Regent) is the value choice for events, giveaways and volunteers. A heavyweight 180–220 gsm tee (Native Spirit Heavyweight, Gildan Hammer) is for merchandise and workwear that gets washed hard. Organic cotton (Anthem, B&C Inspire) suits brands that want the label to say so. Wicking polyester (AWDis Cool) is for sport and summer work. Women's, unisex and kids' fits are available across the main ranges.

We print and embroider in our own factory in Leicester city centre, so the people who check your artwork are the people who make your order. Local businesses, schools and clubs can collect from the factory; everyone else gets UK delivery, free over £99. The shirt price falls at 10, 25, 50, 100 and 250 units per size and colour on the site, with mixed orders quoted as one by email; print is priced per position, so a single-colour chest logo costs less than a full-colour back. No set-up fee, no minimum order. Every order gets a free artwork check before anything is made: we look at your file and get in touch if it won't work. The mock-up you build in the design tool is what we make.
