Custom Embroidered & Printed Polo Shirts

Polo shirts are the workwear staple: smart enough for front of house and tough enough for a trade. Every polo here is decorated in our own Leicester factory, with a free artwork check on every order. Team orders get automatic bulk pricing; see the price guide.

Choosing a polo shirt

Start with weight. A 180–220 gsm piqué polo such as the Pro RTX Pro Piqué (220 gsm, washable at 60°C) or the Kustom Kit Klassic is the all-rounder for daily wear. Poly-cotton piqué is the usual choice for daily workwear because it washes well and holds its shape; 100% cotton (AWDis The 100, B&C's cotton styles) feels softer and suits hospitality and office teams who wear a polo all day indoors. Performance polos in wicking polyester (AWDis Cool, Spiro) suit summer and active work. Slim-fit and women's cuts are available in most ranges, so a mixed team can wear one colour in fits that suit everyone, and sizes run from XS to 5XL and beyond.

Embroidery or print?

Embroidery is the default for polos: a left-chest logo of up to about 10 cm is the standard treatment for piqué and reads as a uniform. Print makes sense for large back designs, fine gradients or very small runs. Both are priced per logo position, and the price falls automatically as the quantity rises. Hi-vis teams should use our hi-vis polo shirts, which are decorated with the logo placed clear of the reflective tape.

Brands we stock

B&C and Fruit of the Loom for wide colour ranges at promotional prices; Pro RTX and Kustom Kit for heavier piqué and tailored workwear fits; Russell and Gildan for event runs; Tee Jays, Henbury and Front Row for a premium finish; Spiro and AWDis Cool for performance fabric. Filter the grid above by brand, fabric weight or colour.

Pricing and lead times

Blank polos start from around £5.64 ex VAT for a single unit (the 1–9 band), with decoration priced per logo and the price falling at 10, 25, 50, 100 and 250 units per size and colour; an order that mixes sizes and colours gets one bulk quote on the total by email. There is no minimum order and no set-up fee. Every order gets a free artwork check before anything is made: we look at your file and get in touch if it won't work. The mock-up you build in the design tool is what we make. Allow 3–10 working days to delivery, counted from your order, depending on the service you choose at checkout: express 3 working days, standard 4–6, economy 7–10. UK delivery is free over £99; see delivery and returns.

Frequently asked questions

Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?

Yes. On the site each size and colour is priced on its own quantity; email the split to sales@customisedclothing.com and we quote the combined total at the bulk band.

Can you add staff names as well as the logo?

Yes, as a second embroidery position; quoted by email.

Will the embroidery pucker on a thin polo?

We use a backing to reduce puckering, and on very light fabrics we recommend a smaller logo or print; we get in touch with any concern before stitching.

Do you keep my logo on file for reorders?

Yes. Once digitised, your logo is stored so reorders use the same file.

Ordering mixed sizes or colours?

Online prices are set per size and colour. Email your breakdown to sales@customisedclothing.com and we quote the whole order as one.
