Custom Hi-Vis Vests with Your Logo, EN ISO 20471

A low-cost way to put your name on every operative, visitor and contractor. Class 2 hi-vis waistcoats and vests from Result, Yoko, Pro RTX, Portwest and Regatta, decorated in our Leicester factory with the logo placed clear of the reflective tape. Bulk pricing from 10 units; price guide.

Class 1, 2 and 3 in plain words

EN ISO 20471 grades hi-vis by the area of fluorescent fabric and reflective tape. A standard waistcoat is class 2, the usual site minimum, with two horizontal bands; a two-band-and-braces vest adds shoulder tape for better visibility when bending; a smaller class 1 vest exists for low-risk areas. For roads, rail and plant yards where class 3 is required, choose a hi-vis jacket or a jacket-and-trouser combination certified as class 3; your risk assessment sets the class. Where a product page states a class, that is the manufacturer's certification for the garment as supplied; if it is not shown, ask us before ordering. See EN ISO 20471 for the certified range.

Where the logo goes

Vests are printed or embroidered, always clear of the reflective tape, because decoration over the tape can affect the rating; a printed back is the clearest way to show a company name and phone number at a distance. The usual layout is a small logo on the left chest and a large print across the back, both on the fluorescent fabric between the bands. The mock-up you build in the design tool shows the positions.

Styles for different roles

Executive and zipped vests (Yoko Executive, Regatta Pro Executive) with pockets for site managers and visitors; standard waistcoats (Pro RTX, Portwest, Result Core) for operatives and contractors; orange vests for rail and roadside roles; two-tone styles where colour-coding roles on site. See the site managers, rail and RIS and warehouse and logistics ranges.

Pricing

Prices fall at 10, 25, 50, 100 and 250 units per size and colour on the site, with mixed orders quoted as one by email; decoration is priced per position. No set-up fee, no minimum order. Every order gets a free artwork check before anything is made: we look at your file and get in touch if it won't work. The mock-up you build in the design tool is what we make. Allow 3–10 working days to delivery, counted from your order, depending on the service you choose at checkout: express 3 working days, standard 4–6, economy 7–10. UK delivery is free over £99; see delivery and returns.

Frequently asked questions

Does a logo affect the EN ISO 20471 class?

The class is set by the garment's fluorescent and reflective areas, so we keep logos small and clear of the tape. The certification is the manufacturer's; if your site specifies a maximum logo size, tell us before ordering.

Can we print different roles on each vest (Visitor, Banksman, First Aider)?

Yes, as print variations within the same order; list them when ordering.

What sizes do vests come in?

Most run from S to 3XL, several to 5XL; executive styles are sized, standard waistcoats are often dual-sized.

Ordering mixed sizes or colours?

Online prices are set per size and colour. Email your breakdown to sales@customisedclothing.com and we quote the whole order as one.
