Custom Embroidered Caps with Your Logo

A 5- or 6-panel baseball cap (Beechfield Original, Beechfield Organic Cotton 5 Panel) is the all-rounder for staff and events. A snapback or flat-peak cap (Flexfit, Beechfield's snapbacks) suits merchandise and younger teams; a trucker cap with a mesh back suits summer events and sport. Fitted and stretch-fit styles (Flexfit) sit better for uniforms. Most come in a wide colour range with contrast peaks and sandwich trims; recycled and organic cotton versions are available in the EarthAware range.

The front panel takes a logo of up to 56 mm high; the side and back take a small secondary mark or a wordmark. Fine detail is limited by thread, so very small text is simplified (we tell you before stitching), and 3D (puff) embroidery is available at extra cost for bold shapes. Printed caps are possible on flat-fronted styles, but embroidery is the standard finish for caps.

Prices fall at 10, 25, 50, 100 and 250 units per size and colour on the site, with mixed orders quoted as one by email; embroidery is priced per position. No set-up fee, no minimum order. Every order gets a free artwork check before anything is made: we look at your file and get in touch if it won't work. The mock-up you build in the design tool is what we make.
